Lot cheaper than a Beetle. Cheaper to run and more useful!

Parts still quite easy to get hold of. So simple you can do most stuff yourself.

Never have you been able to have so much fun going so slowly! Not so comfy on long trips.
Performance
Suprisingly nippy round town. Can actually blat along at 70mph if you can cope with the noise!

Reliability
The gearbox has been replaced (because it leaked and was easier to change than fix!) The car has now done over 99,500 miles!

Not very cool. Beetles always win but why?!? I just love to be different!
Comfort
Not too bad unless you do over 300 miles in a day! Then it starts to hurt!

Less said the better! Strange gearshift is probably a good anti-theft device!
