Good package for a first car, cheap parts. This is what the car was designed for! V-A-L-U-E!
Costs
Cheap parts are even better if you can DIY, uses very little fuel even when thrashed.

Good fun as long as there's corners!
Performance
For a 1.1 its faster than most of the same engine, good around town acceleration. Keeps up on motorways.

Living with it
Reliability
In two years the worst has been the clutch (£45), no trouble starting ever, even in snow and rain. If you look after it, it'll be good to you. I've been from Aberdeen to Eastbourne and loads of places in between.

Pointy and angular and looks but I like them compared to Saxo. Groovy little spoiler built into plastic boot.

Put GT seats in mine which are 10X better than standard rubbish.
