  • Driving it

    3 out of 5 3.0

    What's it like to drive?

Soft suspension and high centre of gravity makes it roll a bit but after a LandRover this is acceptable. A pillars at front really get in the way when negotiating some bends and corners as they are thick and the curve matches some bends. Front seats quite comfortable but not good for rear seat passengers on a long run (fitting rear headrests helps but only very slightly).

    What's it like to park?

the sides are slightly curved so using the wing mirrors means you will likely park at a slight angle. High rear window cuts rear visibility.

Have you had any problems with the car?

occasionally the passenger airbag (childseat) warning light comes up when the ingition is switched on but usually goes out if car is restarted. Front right suspension spring snapped at 49k (luckily whilst vehicle sitting on drive). Headlamp bulbs are a real pig to change til you figure out how the spring clip works, then you have to be very careful to get all the covers exactly right or you will get water in the headlamps.

What's most practical about your car?

good economy and quite large load space

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

fuel computer (easy to confuse as you take your foot of the accelerator).
