Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

The car has been awesome to drive, look at (awesome DRLs in my opinion), and hear (sounds fruity once the exhaust has warmed up). In lanes and B roads, drop a gear and, it will disappear compared to practically any car in this insurance bracket and above. It is a super fun car to own but what drops my review is the fact it's always in the garage. Its BMW 1.6 VTI has only had 2 faults since owning it, the distributor (which can happen to anything ) and a weird leakage of water into the oil system?? The rest of the car just seems to be getting through parts very rapidly. So for its insurance bracket and initial purchase cost these days and its speed and power, the best car out there but If you want a low price and speed you're going to have to sacrifice reliability.

How reliable do you find the car?

After a mere 1.5 years of ownership, and being the unlucky owner who has hit the 60k mark, things haven't been great. I spent £2,500 on repairs. That's £1.5k/year on repairs from distributor failures, complete breakdowns, new pads and brake discs, obsessive bearing and tie rod end consumption, radiator leakage, and lastly, and one of the most costly, exhaust rusting off.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

I love it as a car and to drive it's so fun and responsive as well as quick if it needs to be.
