In their own words

The MK2 Doblo (2006-2010), is, in my opinion, the best van-based MPV ever available in the UK. We have owned three, and this last one has been the best of them all. (Our son still owns our old 'Dobbie2'; still going strong). With 120bhp and 210Nm of torque, our Doblo is quick, it handles and holds the road extremely well, with plenty of feedback through the steering, and the result is surprising brio on twisty roads. The seats are comfortable over very long journeys, the all-round visibility is like in a greenhouse - unlike any car available today. The 1.9 jtd diesel is reliable and economical - ours averages 47mpg over the year (actual, not from the computer, which is optimistic). And the Doblo is a true removal van - it can carry a big wardrobe and other furniture, huge amounts of rubbish to the tip, it all fits in, somehow. We have a saying 'That's another job, Dobbed!' Yet the MK2 Doblo is only 1.722m wide, so it's slim and handy on narrow lanes and in parking spaces. Only faults we've found on our Dobbies (over a total of nearly 200,000 miles) are drooping tailgates, and noisy windscreen wiper motors. A fully adjustable steering wheel would have been an improvement - but the MK3 Doblo (2010-19), which had this, was far larger, wider and less handy - not for us! We'll keep Dobbie3 until it dies - there just isn't another car like it available now - and never will be again.
