Very sleek until I had a load of trouble with it!

Will never buy a car from Fiat again after this.

Either a Ford or Peugeot. Something that I can easily get parts for!

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes, because I knocked more off the price and the finance was only 2%.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I had a Fiat Punto before for 6 years and never had a problem with it.

What was the dealer like?

Bit pushy and charming because he wanted to sell the car.

What's it like to drive?

Pretty quick. Can't see end of bonnet but can't with a lot of cars.

What's it like to park?

Very easy.

Have you had any problems with the car?

The gearbox and clutch needed replacing after only 35000 miles. The differentials came straight through the gearbox. Have since found out from mechanics that this is a very common problem and very costly to fix!!!! Also they don't have a standard gearbox size, so very hard to find one that fits! The fan heater also broke down, so had to get that fixed too. Electrics went funny when it was extremely cold. Tyres are a lot dearer than the previous Punto.

What's most practical about your car?

The space.
