Fiat Stilo Multiwagon (2003 - 2007) 1.9 JTD Dynamic 5d Owner Review

I got this second hand with about 180k miles on the clock. It's one of the higher spec models (full electric sun roof, etc). I got it. Because of the space (I regularly have to carry a 2ft 8 inch (80cm) cube box. Alongside other kit. It's ability to carry is astonishing. (Holiday to Germany with 4 people and luggage, no problems). It averages 60mpg over all of my driving (mainly motorway at 70mph- and in and out of town/cross country). It's starting to show its age (rubber mounts for sub frames replaced last year-). And the electronics are starting to show their age (left mirror moves as expected when going into reverse- but then keeps going to the stop, sun roof now opens but won't shut- so disabled, Aircon does a few random things). But given its age and mileage I'm still impressed. It's been remarkably reliable (fanbelt went, and the clutch failed were the main problems- managed to limp home with the failed clutch). Swapping out for a brand new electric. As I want to be kinder to the planet and this one is about at its 'use by date'
