In their own words

Owned the car 2nd hand when it had about 40k miles on it. Drove it for around 7 years or so, putting around 70k miles on it and never once had an engine fault of any kind. The coil springs in the two front wheels went once each, and the battery and cam/belt needed replacing due to age (not due to fault). Other than that there were some very minor issues that popped up that would've been easily fixed, i.e. the boot latch stopped working (had to double click the keys to unlock it) and the radio started occasionally behaving weird where i would have to restart the engine to get the radio to actually play. Other than that, no issues As mentioned by others, it had great handling and felt solid with a 1.4 engine. From looking at a handful of other cars as well it seems like the fiesta (much like a lot of fords) have really good 'vision' compared with other car makes (big windscreen, small blind spots etc).

Overall, brilliant car, would've gone for another Fiesta but the modern ones didn't feel right for some reason, not sure why.
