Ford Focus C-MAX (2003 - 2010) 1.8 Ghia 5d Owner Review

I have two collies, a small gardening business part-time plus nephew and neices to take out - quite a big ask taken as a whole - so only this and a Berlingo Multispace were even considered. Having found the latter a nightmare for noise and poor reliability, my C-Max has been a refreshing change. Comfort, fixtures and flexibility have been excellent so far and, aside from a bust spring and a leak in a water pipe where it passed through a bulkhead, all has been great. The 1.8 petrol wouldn't have been my first choice - the 1.6 tdci would be a better choice - I certainly find the power more than adequate and the economy acceptable. Ghia trim includes heated windscreen and front fog lights: worth seeking out. Aircon is great and the sound system superb. A safe bet for families or busy couples/singles alike.
