Liked it especially as they thought it was going to be the old shape one

Yes but unfortunatly they didn't make them for very long.

Not a clue. I want to hold on to this one for a while

Did you get a good deal and why?
Dealer was excellent and gave me what i wanted for my old Mondeo. Also recieved a 12 month warranty
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Liked the chunky american look and the fact that the engine is the same as used in the last generation Focus. Also need it for towing a caravan

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very smooth car to drive and outstanding compared to others such as the Freelander. Body roll not bad for an SUV. Engine is a bit sluggish though
What's it like to park?
Alot of blind spots so fit a towbar as bumpers are very expensive!

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Had a clunk coming from the front end which was worn anti-roll bar bushes. Replaced under warranty
What's most practical about your car?
Massive boot for an SUV. Good for towing and 4wd usfull for muddy caravan sites
