Good at best, but you do get the beautiful engine whistle at 4000rpm.

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

Top Notch. apart from when engine electric management wire housings were worn through, and only allowed tick over. The AA didn't spot it, i did the next day, taped up, repositioned and been fine since.

It's a mondeo, you don't get noticed, it'll make a good getaway car.

    Comfort

    3 out of 5 3.0

On long runs, everyone falls asleep, apart from the driver!! very comfortable over long time periods.

  • Security and Service

    Security

Never been broken into, but alarm suddenly stopped working, and sets itself off every now and then to everyone's surprise.

    Service

    3 out of 5 3.0

Very few dealing s with the local Ford dealer, but prompt and quick with parts when required.

    Problems

    Engine

No problems at all, i use a decent quality oil and a oil additive for the age, still revs to red line with no complaints.

    Other

Front headlights?? why the plastic filter that turns yellow and fails the mot. You can get the filters on their own, not pay £40 per lamp unit, drop the bumper off and go from underneath, total cost,1hr of your own labour, and £3 for the filters.
