Bought for 10k with 2,500 on the clock from a Honda dealer, free MOT's for life.
Costs
First service was done by Honda, 2nd service was £130, 2nd service was just under £300, but the car felt right after each service, it's just over 27k miles and had it's first free mot.

Driving
Excellent road holding, firm drive, good acceleration, top speed 130mph.
Performance
Ok, it can be beaten, if I've got the kids in the car.

Reliability
Never broken down, engine still tight and very responsive, no problems with electrics or body.

More exclusive than a BMW series 3, and better value for money.
Comfort
I have the SE, cruise control, climate control, very comfortable on the long drives to the coast with the kids.

Security
Remote central locking, dead locks - reduced by car insurance, no point upgrading to CAT1, if I unlock the car but don't open any doors, it self-locks after a short time.
Service
Honda service can not be beaten.

2.0 litre VTEC engine, ok you have to use the right pedal - but that's what it's there for !

A rattle, that the engineers fixed out of warranty for free.
