I've never owned a diesel and was always put off by them as I saw (or heard them) as noisy cars. My last BMW broke down and never came back from the garage. Having a friend in the motor business he helped me look for a replacement and when we found this car maybe 3 or 4 weeks later he said it is a brilliant motor and will never you down as long as it's looked after.
Other than one small issue (which was fixed quickly and cheaply) the car has been a dream to drive and I only wish I had have bought one many years ago.
How reliable do you find the car?
Bought this car second hand and within a month I was have steering issues. Turned out to be a leaking power steering pipe. Easily fixed and since then I have no issues what so ever.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
I have always owned BMW 3 Series (4) over 20 years but this is by far the best car I have driven and when you put your foot down the car responds so much better than my other cars.
