What does this car say about you?

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

The family are quite keen on it, as its practical spacious and comfortable. Dad seemed quite keen on having one himself till we discovered when checking the figures for towing that the tow limit on the auto's is much lower than the manual variant.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes I would buy another CRV though I don't plan on changing any time soon.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Like 4x4's and wanted something practical and good for towing.

    What's it like to drive?

All the controls are light and arranged in a fairly familiar layout for the most part. The tow litre petrol engine is quite revvy but not overly noisy and theres plenty of power there when you need it. just be careful of the speed creep on the motorway. The dash mounted handbrake takes a little getting used to but works well.

    What's it like to park?

Fairly easy to park, with good all round visability from the windows and mirrors. It can be difficult to judge how close the back is to things because of the rear mounted spare wheel. But you can always hop out of the car and check. If you have a tow ball fitted this doesn't stick out any further than the spare wheel and cover.

Have you had any problems with the car?

I've only had a binding rear brake calliper so far. So no serious problems, plus when a friend of mine who used to be in the motor trade asked me about it I was told, "those go on forever if there looked after".

What's most practical about your car?

Large rear load bay with and without rear seats folded and tumbled. Huge number of cubby holes in the cabin.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Mine is the SE spec, which is the basic one, but having said that you still get all round electric windows, a wide choice of stereos, air con and a sunroof.
