In their own words

The car is good to drive and pleasant interior. Unfortunately mine was purchased with a faulty heater. This was diagnosed by a Hyundai main dealer about 8 weeks after I had taken ownership of it and when it was delivered back there was considerable damage to the dashboard (removed during heater intallation), steering wheel and numerous other items of trim. (0ver £6,000 of damage) caused by the dealership. Since I took ownership it has spent around 49 days in my possession and another 87 days and still counting days in Hyundai dealerships. The main problem seems to be Hyundai UK warranty dept who are slow authorising repairs especially self inflicted ones by their dealers.
As with all electric cars the declared range isnt close to reality but the bluelink app works well showing the charge and other usual features. Nice car to look at ,...
