In their own words

My first non Land Rover in more than a decade has served me well. I love the looks, fuel economy is pretty good, off-road ability is surprisingly good and the 2.0 Diesel pulls well in any gear, but is a little unrefined compared to some competitors. I find the seating position very good, although I sometimes get backache on longer journeys (more than a couple of hours). Rear legroom isn't the best, but boot space is good, especially without the false floor of the higher spec models. After 3 years, some of the cheaper quality interior plastics are starting to look a bit scruffy, despite me regularly cleaning them with armorall. The carpets are starting to "bobble" too, and I have found some corrosion bubbles around the inside of the driver's door, as well as on one of the alloy wheels. This is annoying as I clean and wax the car regularly, paying attention to door shuts and wheels. Infotainment sounds good, but can be "glitchy" and the satnav is particularly slow to respond. Some of the apps seem pointless, but I know the newer models have a far better system. All in all it's been a good car and a pleasure to own, despite the dealer's inability to fully solve an issue with the 4x4 system. One major annoyance is wind noise. Would I buy another? Probably not as the latest model is expensive compared to the competition. I still it is a great looking car though, especially after the 2019 facelift.
