Kia Picanto (2004 - 2011) 1.0 5d (08) Owner Review

I paid £4500 new after trading in a £150 Polo in the Scrappage scheme. The tyres that came on it, Kumo Powerstars lasted only 5000 miles and were replaced with Avon ZT5s which last around 25000 miles on the front (longer on the rear). The only problem I have had is a constantly recurring issue with one of the rear handbrake adjusters which seems impossible to find the cause of. Other than that, at seven years old and 62000 miles, not even an advisory on MOT. Its a great little car with reasonable space for four adults (but minimal boot space obviously) You won't find anything better for your money. I intend to keep this until it dies!
