In their own words

Loved the car at the beginning, really impressed by the feel of the build quality and drivability, but very soon it began to let us down;
Continuously blowing headlight bulbs, authorised dealer couldn't sort problem until numerous years later when it was suggested it was a common known problem and could be fixed by fitting additional resistors at my cost, Land Rover refused to identify fault as a recall issue,
Door locks unreliable and continuously fail, have replaced all door and boot lock a number of times, very costly to replace, again a common problem, Land Rover don't acknowledge.
Over the years of ownership car has on a number of occasions gone into idle mode due to various engine faults all varying in cost but generally around £500 a shot.
Number of other issues but despite car being serviced and maintained by authorised dealership car had catastrophic failure, after developing a whine, diagnosis identified failure of Power Transfer Unit, Failed Propshaft bearings and major gear box problems resulting in the scrapping of a car with only 137000 miles on the clock and non of it stressful. Highly disappointed with a car that is sold on the premises it will exceed expectations, very disappointing, as the saying goes if you want to go somewhere take a Land Rover, but if you want to come back take a Toyota.
Wouldn't have another Land Rover unless they dramatically improved their build quality.
