In their own words

I should start by mentioning that this is my third high miler LS (other two were LS400s) but they just carry on going! The ride is sensational, the comfort unsurpassed (for the purchase/running cost) and you really can't beat the reliability. Purchased at 135k and now on 188k, I've only had to replace a sensor and wheel hub (you can't buy a bearing on its own!). It's never broken down, there are no squeaks or rattles, it has large amounts of power, but doesn't break a sweat in its delivery, gear change is seamless... It's almost as quiet as my friend's new Tesla. The auto is a six speed with a manual setting, so you can really have some fun if you want to drive it to the limiter. The only thing that doesn't still work are the parking sensors, but it has a rear camera anyway! It has heated/massaging seats, a fridge, cruise control, climate control, keyless start/entry everything you find in a modern car. The economy isn't going to win any awards, and it's a land yatch on a windy B road, but with the reliability, running costs are actually quite low and there is a great balance of speed and tranquility, whichever you fancy... If this one ever dies, I'm getting a younger model... Sensationally made car, the really don't make them like this any more!
