In their own words

Like the Lexus brand, this is my second Lexus but find the dealers don't have much in the way of technical knowledge, for example none of them could explain the four wheel drive system to me prior to purchase. I worked it out for myself, its not four wheel drive! Only front wheel drive 90% of the time, rear wheels are only driven by battery when needed. To be fair, its been no problem in the snow but I do have good tires. Service costs vary between dealers, vital you get yearly hybrid system check to keep battery warranty. No very thrilling to drive, the CVT transmission means you need to keep high revs to get anywhere quickly. Straight line performance could be better if more energy from the battery was deployed. Ride can be harsh due to weight of batteries. Heated seats take ages to warm up, as does the car because the engine doesn't give of much heat due to hybrid drive. Nothing making me hold onto it, may change this year. Like the looks, F sport looks so much more modern than other models.
