Family man!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it, its very practical and looks half decent so a good compromise.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Maybe, it would be the MPS version though if i went for a 6 again.
What are you likely to buy next?
The answer to this changes everyday but today im thinking BMW 5 series petrol.

Did you get a good deal and why?
A few marks on the bodywork deterred the average car supermarket shoppers so it was on the forecourt at cargiant for a while. it was reduced but had a full mazda history and a low mileage so i think i got a good deal overall.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Needed something practical,reliable,safe and economical
What was the dealer like?
Typical car supermarket type affair, process of buying the car held up by them trying to sell warranties etc, very boring.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Not bad at all. Feels poised and responsive, i used to have a BMW and the 6 hasnt made me miss rear wheel drive as much i thought i would. A great performer in snow when other cars were hopeless.
What's it like to park?
The high rear end of the car doesnt help but you get used to it. if i get a car of this size again then parking sensors will be required, the wife wont drive it simply due to the size of the car and the difficulty in parking for a new driver.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not really, the DPF needed to be regenerated within a week of me having the car due to it being idle for so long before I bought it. Perfect otherwise.
What's most practical about your car?
The huge amount of space inside. swallows 5 people and luggage very easily plus there are decent sized cubby holes for CD's etc.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The stereo, it doesnt have the premium BOSE system but it certainly sounds great, i used to have subs in my previous car and with the 6's stereo i dont need them anymore.
