In their own words

Great car. Never had a mechanical problem. It does at least 45mpg in town and 55-60mpg on the motorway at sensible speeds. The engine is quiet and responsive. It is surprisingly quick for a diesel. The handling is very good for the type of car, with quick steering and a firm, but comfortable ride. The brakes are powerful with a good feel. I've just had to buy my first set of replacement front tyres at 50,000 miles. The rear tyres probably have another 10,000 miles left. There is plenty of room for passengers and a big boot space. The sound system is great, much better than the system on my previous BMW 3 Series convertible. The infotainment is starting to look slightly dated now, but the car is now almost 6 years old and Mazda do offer the option to pay to upgrade to Apple Car Play. I have had only two slight issues: 1) The paintwork scratches quite easily. I don't know if the paint is thin or if I've just been unlucky. 2) The infotainment system can sometimes take a while to get going after I start the car. While that is happening, the DAB radio will not tune. I am sure it's something the dealer can fix at the next service. Definitely recommend.
