Mazda MX-5 (2005 - 2015) 2.0i Sport 2d Owner Review

2.0i Sport 2d
Mazda MX-5 (2005-2015)

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

I like how you sit in it not on it like the previous model, The sport i have has a limited slip diff and its great to put that traction down, The Leather seats are pretty good at holding you in your driving position, It handles rubbish until you fit heavier duty anti roll bars, I use decent quality rainsport tyres but its still twitchy in the wet but who wants to be doing daft things in the wet anyway, and Its quick enough on Britains A and B roads to have fun with and you will probably still keep your licence.

How reliable do you find the car?

Serviced properly and only the usual consumables like brake discs/pads @ 99k replaced, probably on its third set at that mileage.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

I still run standard suspension with only heavier duty anti roll bars front and rear and its amazing on the road, good quality tyres are a must though as cheap ones will put you through a hedge backwards.
