See above Mg will not honour the warranty And the mg specialist garage where the £300 service was completed deny any wrong doing However the car was fine prior to this and no warnings or noises at all. The crank shaft has completely seized on a 15000 mile 2014 car and no one can tell me why or how, just that I need to pay for a new engine
How reliable do you find the car?
Major major repair A whole new engine at 15000 miles, 6 weeks after a full £300 service by mg themselves and not honoured by warrantyDoes the car do everything you expected it to do?
I have had this car since April 2015 it had a full service with mg at 14000 miles in October. No problems until 6 weeks later, no prior warning, i had stopped for 10 minutes then the car would not start with a funny electrical smell, the ignition just clicked. Apparently the engine has completlty seized and it needs a whole new engine at only 15000 miles!!!!!!!About their car
