MINI Hatchback (2006 - 2013) 1.6 Cooper 3d Owner Review

Mini Cooper, plus points best road holding I’ve ever experienced, one of the most fun cars, decent looking with enough umphh even at 120bhp non turbo. Interior was stylish and practical, well made. Colour change LEDs on door catches, seat belt points roof and door trays all added a bit extra Small boot not very practical but I knew hay when I bought it. Downsides seats after 30-40 numb bum sets in. Then there’s maintenance. Watch the oil, the car was very reliable for the first 3 years just general service items filter oil brakes etc Timing was out for last MoT ended up changing the chain but at 110000 I figured not too bad. Gearbox went almost immediately after very noisy and then a an oil leak from some where and timing problems again. That was the end. Great car but never again
