Value
Nissan give better deals than any other competent manufacturer. You are getting Japanese technology for Asian prices.
Costs
A bulb had to be replaced. That's it apart from general servicing.

On the road
Driving
My car has 17"" alloys and is lowered, so it's quite hard over bumps but generally very good and feels as good or better than most cars I've driven.
Performance
Pretty good. If worked hard, it gives respectable performance.

Reliability
My father drives my old 8 year almera and it has passed evey M.O.T. first time with little servicing.

My Almera is one of the better examples and to be honest looks pretty good. Some examples have been diabolical (shame on them!)
Comfort
Feels comfortable on long journeys and around town, (Don't get it lowered like I did).
