In their own words

Likes: Incredibly cheap to run - less than half the cost of any other car I've had; Very reliable; Easy to use, effortless to drive; Will heat itself up on winter mornings, so you never have to scrape the windows; Rapid acceleration makes overtaking easy Dislikes: Infotainment setup is poor, with a small screen set too low in the car - very hard to use safely while driving; Heater controls could be better; Satnav is not accurate enough to be trusted; Phone app to monitor and control charging and heating stopped working; Visibility could be better; Ride is a little firm, though not as unbearable as a BMW
