In their own words

Fantastic car for driving around cities in lower speed-limit areas. At lower speeds (20-30mph), this car is very economical and energy efficient. However it runs out of juice more quickly at higher speeds so this is not a car for long distances.

We've loved how we haven't had to pay out for repairs on a petrol engine as there isn't a combustion engine. For example, there's no fan belt, radiator, engine etc to wear out and have to replace.

There are also big savings on road tax where we live plus it's still fairly easy to find a good carpark near to where you drive as there are always vacant reserved carparks for recharging electric vehicles.

Surprisingly roomy - we have 2 big dogs who fit (albeit slightly squished) in the back for short driving spells.

Hate that we can't buy a replacement battery for our car to lengthen its drive time.

Also hate that once you go out of London; the infrastructure for reliable car charging just isn't there yet. This means waiting for ages sometimes to get into a carpark reserved for charging electric cars at service stations in the middle of nowhere.

Otherwise incredibly reliable - never had a problem with it not starting or parts breaking.
