In their own words

The car is great, it's like a little go kart. I have the sport+ model and it looks great compared to lower trim levels. The visibility is great, the car drives nice and smooth. the engine is eager and the steering is smooth and precise plus it's very versatile offering fantastic trunk space when the seats are folded down as well as enough space for 5 people including the driver. It goes without saying that this car is also incredibly reliable and fuel efficient. I have Castrol oil in my car and have done around 10-000 miles in it and the oil is still clear since the last change. Unfortunately, some characteristics of the car are not fantastic. For instance, the manual 5 speed transmission is notchy and a little clunky. Also, the car has an awful whine to it. It's not a fault, it's a sound that all Micra 1.2s seem to make after test driving a few. Furthermore, as a big guy, I look quite silly in the driver's seat, the car doesn't seem to like bigger people. I'm not morbidly obese, I'm just large and tall. Finally, the car's rear headroom for aforementioned tall people is not great, you often bump your head just above the windscreen making the car a nuisance for traveling in the rear. One other thing worth mentioning is the fantastic quality of the steering wheel... It feels incredibly solid and has nice perforated leather and small indentations for your thumbs to rest at 10/2. It also has useful multi-function controls. Speaking of multifunction controls; the stereo and the speakers are absolutely sublime. Listening to music is amazing in this car. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an auxiliary input. I love it and it's extremely charismatic, it drives nice and smooth, it's well built, reliable, fuel efficient, looks cool, has a great stereo, a great steering wheel? However it is slightly let down by the notchy transmission and the strange whine noise it makes. Fantastic work, Nissan.
