In their own words

So I rented this car from Europcar brand new and I have it for a month. Styling is great and it drives and feels solid. Modern interior, but this comes with a catch: this is the least intuitive car for interactions with all the controls. Gone are most manual controls and buried in an onscreen menu that you cannot safely access while driving. Even changing the temperature is difficult. I have the automatic with cruise control, but the location of the dedicated controls are inconveniently hidden behind the main arm of the steering wheel. So unless you have x-ray vision, this is going to be difficult to see. I've played around with it while driving but been unsuccessful in activating cruise control, even after carefully studying it beforehand. Granted, if I were to own this car, I would probably figure this out, but I am renting this for a month and expect rental cars to be intuitive. Additionally, I have problems with the Android auto giving directions on my phone only when connected via USB cable but not showing up onscreen. I have a few thousand miles to do in this rental over the course of the month, but have tried many times to exchange this car as it simply is overly complicated and unintuitive. I leave you to make your own minds up.
