Paid approx 4k for mine with 33k miles approx 2 years ago.
Costs
Fuel economy excellent, Not the easiest of engines to maintain, requires main dealer for clutch / cambelt - had belt replaced at non- Peugeot and had to take it back to main dealer to be done properly!

Excellent smooth car to drive.
Performance
Excellent, Very quick car, although I have had mine uprated to 120 bhp. Effortless performance. Mines a taxi too!

Reliability
Not ever let me down in 53,000 miles - only ever needed servicing / new clutch - only used one set of pads in 50k.
Comfort
Very good and generally rattle free. Does 800 miles per week in great comfort.

Job done correct 1st time, But too expensive for older cars. Also customer service could be better, although techs are good.

Engine
No problems, although watch out for bottom pulley faults that can wreck engine.
Other
Get cambelt done by main dealer. I used a non Peugeot dealer and had to then go back to Peugeot to have it fitted properly. Also, when bottom pulley fails make sure its replaced with gen Peugeot unit as aftermarket ones don't have a damper and no good.
