Paid £920 for a one-owner car with FSH. Was warned against buying due to electrics, but checked them out before buying and never regretted it!

Online 2nd hand parts supplier provided wiper motor for £38 which was 1/5 of new price. Average 35mpg in London and 45 mpg on a run, which is not bad for such a huge car.

No rush, just enjoy the drive.

It's a diesel! Below 1500 revs you can floor it and wonder when it will move, but motorway cruising is great.

I absolutely love driving this car. Good seats, electrical everything, and I regularly drive it to Holland and can get out of the car after 7hrs and not feel any twinge in my back. That is a first for me!

Immobilser and Peugeot badge - good combination... who in their right mind would steal a 605?

    Service

    1 out of 5 1.0

I haven't used main dealers, so can't comment.

Heated seats do not work / Wiper motor failed. Electrics are the weakness - need to make sure everything works before you buy, because it is a proverbial 'rats nest'.
