Renault Captur (2013 - 2019) GT Line TCe 150 EDC auto 5d Owner Review

Second Captur I have purchased from new. Because of lockdown mileage is well down so perhaps difficult to be objective.But previous Captur was exchanged at three years old with 18000 miles done with no problems. Automatic ( both cars ) is good ,but does not touch the CVT of two previous owned Honda Jazz .cars. There is a strange quirk with the engine / transmission. Normally the petrol engine is quiet and responsive . However when pulling away ,say at roundabout, you have to accelerate quickly .the engine sounds terrible. I would equate the noise to that of a Diesel engine .Owner forums indicate this to be ‘ normal’
