As the original MPV, they hold their value well even with high mileage.
Costs
Renault servicing expensive as are some parts, find a local specialist instead.

Nice to drive but seats not supportive enough for tall people.
Performance
Does what it says on the tin, transports 7 people just don't expect tyre shredding performance.

Electrics are a little temperamental but no major breakdowns.

Even though mine is the older Phase 2 model, it is still nicer looking than some of the newer model MPV's.

Very comfortable on long journeys.

Alternator, Air-Con - nothing that you wouldn't expect after 150,000 miles.
Other
Fan motor doesn't work, central locking on NSR door doesn't work (both common problems on Espace's).
