Lots of standard kit.

Long service intervals and low cost insurance offset by poor residual value.

Poor feel/feedback from steering. Comfortable ride.

Fairly quick if you floor it, but engine lets you know it's working hard.

Had the car 4 days, driver door hands free function not working, tyre rim damaged, alarm is going off at 15 minute intervals, parcel shelf wires broken, Renault roof rack doesn't fit. I'm not very impressed.

Comfortable ride and refined cabin.

Having owned a Nissan Micra previously, the difference in reliability and dealer service couldn't be greater. I now wish I'd bought an Almera/Focus, despite their boring/ageing looks and dull image.

See above - alarm, door electrics, wheel, parcel shelf etc. All stuff even a Rover Metro engineer could get right (almost).
