Reliability
I got the car this year Feb 2004 and it has been in the Renault garage 4 times with the fact the car will not drive in a straight line, as I write this my car is still there.

Very bad customer service, no afer-care from the service side since I have had the problem. Car has been in the garare 4 times and the only reason why they are doing anything about it now is because I went to an independent specialist.

Steering problem - will not drive in a straight line, veers off to the right all the time, you have to fight to keep the car in a straight line all the time.
