That you dont suscribe to germanic motoring or the associated coast.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They say they like it. The interior is high quality with soft touch plastics. Switchgear is high quality so good passenger experience. The front passenger seat is not very spacious unless set at far back setting. Boot is vey accomodating.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Dont think I would ever buy the same car twice. I intend to hold on to this for a long time (in excess of 5 years) and hope that the running costs meet my expectations (tax is only £30 and servicing is at 2 yearly intervals). I do not regret getting this car and enjoy using it.
What are you likely to buy next?
A smaller petrol car for the Mrs.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, list price seemed very competitive. Finance arrangements relatively straght forward with no bubble payment. Vehicle was one year old yet serviced for the next two so hopefully no more payouts for the next 2 years.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Economical, safe and seems to be a lot of car for the money.
What was the dealer like?
Good. Everything open to negotiation.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Its very good to drive on the 17 inch alloys. Corners excellently and seems stuck to the road at all times. The front seats are very supportive and hold you in place during cornering. MPG for the range stated figures i excess of 60+. Granted on the motorways cruising at 65mgh gets over 60mpg but during general driving it gets aroung 55mph. I believe that the entire industry predicts unrealistic figures in this area. The engine is powerful and it pulls well when you put your foot down. The sixth gear is a blessing but it takes a while to get used to it.
What's it like to park?
Okay. Parking sensors useful as the rear view is not brill.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No problems so far and no indications that there are problems to come (touch wood). Was concerned by other reviews stating reliability problems but I have not seen any to date.
What's most practical about your car?
The MPG reading encourages ecomical driving. Seen reviews slating the digital speedo but I like it, it looks ace when you first get in the car and is very easy to use.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The blue tooth phone interups the radio and works well onece set up properly. The I phone dock was a blessing but only got it to work after downloading the updated software from apple. Works fine now and music quality very good.
