In their own words

not owned this car very long but im happy to say its been a suprise and pretty fun to drive. I purchased the car as a second car in our family for myself in order to free up our family car for my wife and kids when im at work. So its fair to say i purchased this as a cheap and cheerful runaround. I never paid very much and the car has 117k miles on tje clock with a full service history. Within a day of buying the car i invested money into it in order to ensure it will be reliable for a while as it will be my daily runner to work, so £800 later, new cambelt and water pump, new brakes all round and fluids and full service, car is good to go. I think my initial impressions are high because i have got a lot of car for the money and it all works great, panoramic sunroof, air con, climate control, tinted windows, alloys etc etc, i went out with an old banger in mind such as an old fiesta or saxo or something and came back with a great car. I think had it been a more standard model it wouldnt be so exciting for the money but i landed a higher end 1.2 tce GT and it pulls the weight so well its a bit of a blast i feel like a teenager all over again even started looking at dump valves and cold air intakes i have to remind myself to grow up i brought it as a banger for work . Overall its a great car, if theres any negatives that must be mentioned then its the ride quality, its pretty rock hard, it feels sporty but its a little too hard for longer drives, besides this ive not much else to put against it. Compared to modern competition it can only just hold its own, hot hatches ( or more fitting warm hatches ) these days are pushing the power of turbos really hard its always going to be a struggle to keep up but remember your also paying the price for newer cars. At the money its a great little car hard to fault and running strong. As for the money paid, i paid 1200 pounds for this and i think its a lot of motor for the money, look for well serviced examples if your buying on the cheaper end of the scale.
