Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

I have a 2019 Renault Zoe. Had an electric motor failure when driving along the motorway and the car immediately went into neutral then wouldn’t drive.

In the dealership, they told me it needed a replacement speed sensor and charged me £175 an hour for labour, for eight hours! £1400 labour for a part that’s about £50.

This got the car running, but a noise is still present that seems to be coming from the cooling pump. Stealership wants more money to diagnose, (as they claim to have fixed the problem) I don’t trust them as they left the mud shield off (and denied removing it) and Renault CS don’t care. They are now ignoring my messages, and I have a car that is likely unsafe to drive due to a manufacturer issue that is yet to be acknowledged.

How reliable do you find the car?

£175 an hour for labour in dealerships. Replacing parts will take at least 4hrs due to location and having to get power disconnected.
