A real bargain now lots of car for the money.

Average costs for tyres and exhausts but nothing much goes wrong.

Holds well does slide in wet when pushed.

Petrol engine gives good throttle response and pulls well when loaded.

Reliability
I've used this as a taxi from new it has 287,000 miles on the same engine and gearbox and I'm on the third clutch; it just keeps going.

Not the best image but when clean they have a certain classy look to them.

Very comfortable pedals well spaced good seats great on motorway.

Not a strong point. I can open my 600 with other keys but doesn't start the car.
Service
Rover servicing is expensive local mechanics can do the work much cheaper.

Perfect keeps going and starting first time never a problem with the Honda unit underrated

Front window rubbers seem to pucker up and electric aerial sticks or doesn't retract fully
