In their own words

The Leon drives like a dream and that's what people fall for when test driving it. We bought ours from a Seat dealer when it was 11 months old and it had only done 1100 miles. But very quickly the interior quality started to show it's true value. Rattles and squeaks are always there from several places, especially the speedometer housing and the door panels. Seat have had it in 4 times to try and fix the problem. But without any luck. So when I brought it in the 4th time I was told that Seat warranty only covers for 6 month or 6000 miles when it comes to interior faults. If any more attempts were needed to fix it I would have to pay for it myself. I took it up with Seat UK but without luck. They repeated to me that the warranty is only 6 month/6000 miles and they didn't seem able to tell me where in my warranty booklet this is mentioned (as I can't find it anywhere). It seems a bit made up as the first time I took it in it was already a year old. So we are stuck with a car that drives us crazy and no help from Seat. If you're thinking about buying a Seat please look at their Facebook page on Seat UK, under 'customer posts' before deciding.
