I picked it up for £495 and it's a lot of car for the money.
Costs
I used to have a diesel so yes this does cost more to run, but it's still not bad (for a petrol).

It handles like a supermarket trolley, but other than that it's interesting to drive, especially considering a friend has a Favorit as well - quite a laugh going in convoy.
Performance
The engines in these cars are a bit old so you are scared to rev them as they do scream; you have to work them, but it does cruise up to speed quite well.

Well I haven't had it that long, but so far so good.

Roomy cabin, but seats are far too hard, good visability.

Umm, well if there are any theives clever enough to rewire the medievel immobiliser they would probably choose another car to break into.
