In their own words

Very eye catching styling, expect to be delayed discussing it with other road users, this has happened at least 6 times in 4 weeks. Handles very well, with little or no roll on cornering, good for a SUV and is very sure footed with good feedback from the wheels to the steering wheel. Fuel consumption is excellent and only motorway driving at the speed limit drags it below 60mpg. Well equipped, up to Lexus standard if not better which really surprised me, I turn off the lane departure warning (steering assist) when not on motorways as it beeps every time you cross a white line unless you are indicating and this becomes a little annoying on twisting roads. Parking assist is not something I use regularly but works well if needed. Lots of buttons and functions to get used to but the downloadable manual is excellent. Boot space is a little limited and boot lip is quite high but space is more than adequate for occasional trips away and can get 4 small suitcases in easily. I have the top of the range model Dynamic with leather but looking at the other specs the Excel appears to be perhaps the best value for money.
