Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - the fuel savings are amazing.
What are you likely to buy next?
I would buy another though would consider the 'plug in' hybrid version which Toyota are releasing next year.

Wanted a family car with excellent urban fuel economy.
What was the dealer like?
Very very good. Excellent in fact.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Light, effortless, comfortable and quiet. Rather strange at first when you stop at the lights and it's just quiet but you quickly get used to it. 0-60 is about 10 seconds so is adequate and it overtakes with confidence as mid range accelleration is good. The hybrid system is seamless and easy to use.
What's it like to park?
Not the best. Difficult to judge distance front and rear. Get the parking sensors if you can. Or, get the Parking Assist option and it'll park itself!!! Yes you read that right.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing has gone wrong with the car, though I've only had it a couple of months.
What's most practical about your car?
The amount of passenger room inside. It is deceptively roomy. The car looks kind of small from the outside but inside is almost tardis like. Also like the hidden compartment under the boot floor.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Head-up-display. So handy. You don't need to take your eyes off the road to check your speed etc. Also the EV electric only mode is great for moving the car off the drive. Keyless entry and starting. Actually the car is just one big gadget.
