love it, daughters in the driving seat at any opportunity

Yes, but i would insist on a full warrenty covering any transmission issues

Would love another one, pity they no longer make the 3 door as i think it was the best.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

i am a district nurse so need a vehical with ground clearance in the countryside

What was the dealer like?

Excellent till things started to go wrong then hard work but always pleasant

What's it like to drive?

nice on long runs, comfy seats and driving position very good on fuel with 50mpg on a run, 40mpg around town.

What's it like to park?

Very easy, biggest problem is people backing up to you as they tend to look at the rear roof and NOT the spare wheel cover which is a foot further back as the dent in the rear door just below the window proves where the spare wheel and its cover has been hit and pushed back..

Have you had any problems with the car?

First flywheel failed at 32000 miles and just 1 week out of warrenty, but they replaced it we had to pay for the new clutch though. Dealers engineer tried to say that we had put petrol in it and that the reason for rough running. 2nd flywheel failed at 81000, dropped to bits £1200 bill. Engine management on and off due to fuelling error. 90,000 gearstick moving back and forth on and off load so 5th gear getting iffy so its time to go i think!
