What does this car say about you?
It looks like its modified with a big engine in it.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Fast, Rare, Attractive. Take the GSi badge off the back like i did and people just think its a normal Astra with colour coded bumpers.
Would you buy this car again and why?
If you like these cars, then save up and pay the extra for the Astra VXR. They have 40 more BHP, 1 second quicker 0-60 and are just as rare.
What are you likely to buy next?
Mini Cooper S. I fancy driving something Supercharged and Hi-Tec.

Rare, and a good looking car in Arden Blue

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Not very quick off the mark. 0-60 in 7 seconds. Sounds fast, but isnt for the car. Dont forget this car is a 2 litre and can do 150mph. You dont feel the power either until after 80mph.
What's it like to park?
Hard to see with the rear spoiler but you get used with it.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The bearings in the gearbox are very weak. Not in just the GSi. All Mark 4 Astras. Mine went with only 43,000 on the clock.
What's most practical about your car?
Not very old, fast, affordalbe, and very good looking in Arden Blue.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Arden Blue is the colour to buy it. Very nice. Very fast car for the money now. What else can do 150mph for the same price range?
