Value
Couldn't really ever decide on what to buy. Chose this in the end. Seems to be good value for money, but I don't have much to go on.
Costs
None as yet. Only had the car a couple of weeks.

Driving
Compared to all other cars I've had, it drives like a dream.
Performance
While not a space rocket, it cracks on pretty well. 0-60 in about 8 seconds, plenty of torque and pulls well in all gears.

Engine size would seem to be more of a talking point than the fact that it's an Astra, even though it is a nice looking car.
Comfort
Can't complain. Seats supportive and well adjustable.

Apparently Cat 1 Thatcham alarm/immobiliser fitted as standard. Deadlocks as well, and a pretty funky trick where the windows close if you turn and hold the key in the lock.
