What does this car say about you?
That you'd like a VXR but are too tight to pay the fuel bills!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Tend to say it's a boy-racer's car. But most like the look of it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Probably not, just because I like different cars, and the depreciation (even with large discount) is big. Certainly wouldn't pay anything like list price for another.
What are you likely to buy next?
Not decided yet, one of: Clio 197, MX-5 sport, Corsa VXR, Punto 1.4TJet.

Got good deal thanks to family member discount.
What was the dealer like?
Very good, but he's family so doesn't really count.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very nice. Quick, with lots of power between 2.5-4k revs. Handling is okay, tends to understeer. Comfortable.
What's it like to park?
Bit difficult due to the poor rear visibility.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Fuse for front windscreen washers went, fixed under warranty. Steering arms 'had play' after first year's service, replaced under warranty.
What's most practical about your car?
The MPG ~ 55 on a run.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Cruise control. Makes long journeys much more relaxing.
