    Value

    5 out of 5 5.0

I was after a convertible that was fun to drive, looked good but was also practical. The Tigra fulfils all those requirements and then some.

    Costs

    4 out of 5 4.0

Not too bad - fuel consumption is getting better.

  • On the road

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

With the roof down, the car is impressive with very little shake. It is a lot of fun to drive.

    Performance

    4 out of 5 4.0

Sometimes a bit slow off the mark, but generally very good.

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

Have had my car for under six months (Parker's have no 05 plate?!) and first small rattles are starting to show. No worse than any other new cars in this class I have had though.

It's a real head turner. I love this car, and even my husband doesn't mind driving it!

    Comfort

    4 out of 5 4.0

The ride is excellent on the motorway for cruising, but a little firm on country lanes. So little wind gets into the cabin that on hot days I don't go on the motorway with the roof down any more - you bake in your little sunny airless space!

  • Security and Service

    Security

    5 out of 5 5.0

No problems - the sport comes with an alarm and immobiliser, and I'm sure the metal roof is more secure than a fabric one.

    Service

    5 out of 5 5.0

We bought ours through a broker, but the dealer we collected it from was very helpful.
