In their own words

Thought I redress the rather unfair review already given to this car by another owner. Used in the right way I'd say this is a great car. It needs to be charged regularly otherwise you are better with a diesel for economy. I find it great to drive - it floats along with its long wheelbase and good handling. The electric range is always a disappointment though delivering about 50% on average of what it promises. But after you learn that its fine. The hybrid system works well and keeps recharging the battery for use when 30 mph or below. When you understand and work with the technology its a fine car that feels like electric (you hardly ever know the engine is running) but with no range anxiety. Although the lane keeping is primitive by modern LFA standards it works OK when you use your indicators as you should! One real downside of the car has been punctures but I'm sure that car came with a bad set of Pirellis as in the space of 8000 miles all 4 original tyres suffered life ending sidewall punctures only one of which could possibly be associated with a pothole. Not the car to blame though.
